Return Policy

Return Policy:

We want our jewelz to work for you but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item or there is a manufacture’s defect and you would like to return it, it must be returned within 10 days of the original delivery date.  A return material authorization (RMA) must be obtained within 5 days after the original delivery date.  No return merchandise will be accepted without an RMA (to obtain an RMA e-mail us at JabezJewelz.com). 

• We are not responsible for any clients mishandling of the jewelry including use of cleaning products.  The jewelry is best cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
• Returns must be unused and in the same condition as when they left Jabez Jewelz.
• Return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• If the return is the result of our error other consideration will be applied at our discretion.
