If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive, contact kathryn@jabezjewelz.com within 5 days to receive a return number. The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the receipt, unworn and with the tags attached for a refund.

Jabez Jewelz goes to great effort to provide you with a quality product, although, rarely there may be a production defect. If it has been more than 10 days from purchase and there is a production defect, please e-mail me at Kathryn@jabezjewelz.com and provide details of the issue. Jabez Jewelz will either repair, replace or exchange the item within a reasonable time frame. A manufactures defect is any problem that has resulted from the manufacturing process ex., loose stones, broken solder joint etc. A manufactures defect does not include jewelry that has been dropped, banged or mistreated in any way. We are not responsible for any clients mishandling of the jewelry including use of cleaning products or chemicals. The jewelry is best cleaned with a soft, dry cloth and placed in a small plastic zipped bag when not in use to decrease oxidation of the silver. Jabez Jewlez uses quality sterling silver, therefore do not use harsh silver cleaners, there is no need. You can use a soft polishing cloth on the sterling.
