RETURN POLICY

Jabez Jewelz strives to bring you a quality product you will enjoy!

Please inspect the purchased item immediately upon receipt and if for any reason you are not satisfied contact kathryn@jabezjewelz.com within the first 5 days to receive a return authorization number. Once the RA number has been given, the item must be returned in the same protective packaging as sent and received within 10 days of the purchase date. The item needs to have the receipt, be unworn and have the tags attached for a refund.  We will notify you via e-mail once the item is received, inspected and approved for a return. If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method. Jabez Jewelz will not be responsible for the payment of return shipping.

Jabez Jewelz goes to great effort to provide you with a quality product. Although, rarely, there may be a production defect. If it has been more than 10 days from the date of the purchase and there is a production defect, please e-mail me at Kathryn@jabezjewelz.com and provide details of the issue and received a return authorization number. Once the item is received by Jabez Jewelz, inspected and approved by the Jabez Jewelz team to be a true production defect, we will either repair, replace or exchange the item within 1 year of the date of purchase and you have the item’s receipt.

 A manufactures defect is any problem that has resulted from the manufacturing process ex., loose stones, broken solder joint etc. A manufactures defect does not include jewelry that has been dropped, banged or mistreated in any way. We are not responsible for any a client’s “mishandling” of the jewelry including use of cleaning products or chemicals. The silver, not the stone, is best cleaned with a soft, dry cloth and placed in a small plastic zipped bag when not in use to decrease oxidation of the silver. Jabez Jewlez uses quality sterling silver, therefore do not use any harsh silver cleaners, there is no need.
